Hi,
I'm writing an article on how you can add value to your business by providing traditional manicure services with a "twist". This may include offering themed manicures (one US salon offers a chocolate fantasy manicure with a choccy milkshake hand bath and choc mousse massage), offering combined treatments such as a manicure with a head massage, or using customer loyalty cards. Any ideas? Also, has anyone managed to attract male manicure customers successfully? It would be great to have some examples in the magazine if anyone wants to be featured.
