hi
i plan to do the CND natural nails manicure course, i understand i have to have my own manicure tool kit ..
this isnt a problem, as i would obviously need one to practice etc .. but havent a clue where to start looking, could anyone recommend a middle of the range manicure kit please
many thanks

I got most of my tools from creative/sweet squared catalogue. i started off with cheaper tools from the local wholesalers but they just don't compare to the ones from sweet squared. i couldn't live without my pushie and curette. x

Defo agree with Lisa-Marie there, i got my pushie, curette and tip cutters with my creative foundation kit and i bought the scissors, clippers and leather tool roll from sweet squared aswell.
I bought cheap ones to start with and now wish i hadn't...money wasted!

hi
thanks girls, hadnt realised i could buy the items from sweet squared, have just been looking at their online brochure
how much do you think the set will set me back in total ?
i only plan to do manicures as an additional service for bridal and special occasion makeup, dont want to learn nail extensions etc
thanks

There is a marvelous cuticle pusher i use from CND,i have just ordered there product catalogue,as i am "hungry" for the almond manicure.....the words sell it for me...touch,exhale,and escape....LOL

Anyway the pusher i use is one of if not THE best IMO:)

When i see cuticle just come away from the nail...i just salivate:eek::lol:

If you give Sweet Squared a call they will send you out a catoloque which contains all their prices. We are not allowed to put prices on here. :) x

Try NSI they did a set of tools at a spcial offer @19.95 +vat. I wish I had seen this before I bought the same cutical pusher on it's own for 18.00, I was so gutted!!!

The catalogue is on line too, but no prices are quoted. At least you can window shop till the paper copy comes. x

I bought this one with the little zip case and i didn't think much to it. The only item i ended up using and still do is the cuticle nippers. xx
