I'm opening my beauty room on September 15th. I'd like to design my own record cards or consultation forms for clients but what information should be I put on them.

Plz help

:)

You can purchase them for less money than the time it would take you to design them and print them. 08452106060 Sweet Squared (the UK home of CND)

Or is this a homework assignment?? I would have thought that if you are imminently at the point of opening a nail salon you would have a pretty good idea of what sorts of info should be on a client record card. At least I would hope so.

Even if you do a search here on the site there are examples.

I am just studying the CND education booklet for my written exam and have just read about that. If you have that booklet, it's on page 17/18. All the information to make a lovely client record card.

hope that helped you.

its a lot less hassle to buy really.... .. most of it is medical questions

I totally agree, its a lot easier to buy them from your supplier but if for some reason or another you prefer to do them yourself, you best check with the insurance which details you need to have on them.

You would have to check the policy from your own insurers.

If you buy the CRC's then all the appropriate questions are done for you. I would just buy them.

I had to design one for one of my assignments and was going to use it but to be honest its cheaper to buy them already done. Also its only a record card its not going to be displayed..xx

Thanks everyone for your replies. I think I will buy my record cards
