Hey Baby chops. Glad things are progressing nicely. 12 weeks mark! Bet you can't wait to start telling people.
Well NOTHING is happening here. Still waiting for my specialist appointment. And in the meantime my husbands results came back absolutely awful. Safe to say, getting pregnant will not be happening for ages.. Boo!

Hi girls,I have been following this thread for quite a while but I havnt commented but I just want to let you all know that I have been trying to concieve for 4 years,I have been through every investigation going and every fertility treatment and am now really happy to tell you all I am nearly 14 weeks pregnant from my second IVF attempt.
Basically I just want to tell all you ladies that are struggling please don't give up on been a mommy!and if you are worried if it hasn't happened don't waste anytime with going to the a doctors as time and age is so precious when it comes to fertility.I have been to hell and back with constantly worrying it will never happen but the whole time I kept fighting and kept positive .Sending you all Baby Dust

Sallysally thats amazing news! Well since i had my results saying my progesterone is low me and hubby havent really spoken about it. Maybe not 'trying' so hard will actually make it happen!

Hi ladies, so as i said before i had blood tests done and my progesterone levels were really low so they told me i wasnt ovulating, therefore impossible to get pregnant. Well this morning I randomly did a pregnancy test and its positive! Faint line but definitely a line! Just a bit worried now as low progesterone can cause miscarriage so hopefully seeing doctor today or tomorrow. Fingers crossed!!

I had low progesterone one one blood test but then on another it was normal,I think it can actually fluctuate so don't let that make you feel it can't happen naturally but if you are pregnant then could benefit from a progesterone boost! It is responsible for feeding and supporting the pregnancy till about 12 weeks..... I was put on progesterone injections and suppositories and i really feel it helped me if not was responsible for my success !! I am very excited for you!

Ps what I don't know about fertility isn't worth knowing after 4 years of doctors,consultants and investigations it was all I researched! Xxxx

Thanks sallysally and babychops! Still hasn't really sunk in and I dont think I am letting myself believe it yet. Low progesterone can cause early miscarriage so I'm a bit nervous! My tesr had a faint line and it didn't show up very well when I tried to take a photo but I took it to my best friends house and she said it was definitely a line!

We have been TTC for 2 years. I have mean Diagnosed with PCOS, and extremely high levels of Prolactin hormone. I have roughly 3-4 periods a year. My husband was tested - he tested 98% abnormal.
No idea where we go from there. I have an appointment with the Endocrine consultant on the 17th June. Terrified. X

K anne don't be terrified!! I was diagnosed with mild PCOS in one ovary and thought it was the end of the world but my consultant kept telling me all it takes is one egg and one sperm!!! You have periods and your husband has 2% that is normal so there is no reason why you cannot have a biological child!!!! Keep positive and keep telling yourself IT WILL HAPPEN!!!!
