Hey Claire lovely, how did you manage to get the French effect so crisp without the glitter scattering?!

I done base-cured, clear pink-cured, top coat-cured, wiped off tacky layer, done my smile lines with iced coral, sprinkled glitter on these and lightly patted them, then top coat again and cured! But it was quite hard work to not get glitter on the rest of the nail, I used an orange stick to get off the glitter I accidentally got on the rest!

my recent set of glittery toes

Sammi, i don't do them in the same way as most folk do yet but to get my effect i base coat, clear varnish, sprinkle fine grade glitter ( i buy from the range)and gently pat down, do all the toes like this on one foot. then i use nail art fixer in nice thick glides so it slides over the glitter, go and do the next foot exactly the same. then i clean and tidy up the toes doing the edges with a hoofstick to lift the glitter from the finger skin and then finish with a good top coat HTH.
im sure one of the techs who do it gel or other ways will come along too n share their way
