Was up against some VERY VERY talented Techs. Not sure how I managed to place, but still "chuffed" that I did

Now I have to get my arse in gear and contact Alex and order 4 copies (1 for safekeeping, 1 for my portfolio for clients to look at, 1 for the model and 1 for the photog). I better get a move on before they run out LOL

Any Event attendee and Square Awards winning and runner up Geeks will be thrilled!! As you know we invited Alex Fox editor of Scratch and Scott Derbyshire - Scratch Publisher to the Event. Alex has done a terrific write up with lots of pictures - she really captured the essence of what The Event was all about. Thank you Alex :hug:

Enjoy the read and Scratch as a whole. For those nail teks not subscribing to your one and only nails industry magazine - you really should. It's worth every penny to keep you up dated on ALL your favourite products.

I was on holiday in Florida when my copy arrived, but was stoked when i got home and found it there waiting for me.

Even more excited when i opened it to find i was on one of the photo's with some other fellow Geeks, how very exciting

I really should subscribe. I like it better than Nails and Nailpro (which I don't subscribe to either :-(.
BUT being in Canada, cost is prohibitive, and I have to decide which things I 'need' as opposed to want.
Being a mom of 2 youngun's gets pricey (and both need an orthodontist right now:suprised

BUT as soon as magazine subscriptions are in my budget again, you KNOW which one I'll be subscribing to first..... SCRATCH!!!

In the meantime, and visit the site and glean what I can from there.

I did contact Alex a while ago about how much it would be for just this issue. I actually need 4 copies (2 for me, and 2 for the model and photog friend). I will be paying for those. But a year long subscription not in budget at this time. One day
