Good for you, for sticking to your knowledge and beliefs.

You should gain this client for a long time me thinks as you took the time to tell her to get it sorted and not just do nails on her to take her money.

This is what being a great nail tech is all about. Lets hope she has learnt a valuable lesson.

Why is it that people don't take themselves to the doctors! There's an obvious problem as i'm sure she knew!

Well done for encouraging her to go see the Doc. She'll be a client for life once she gets them sorted.

I'd ask her if i could use the photo to show people too. Perhaps do a speacial board about 'stick ons' in the salon window or something.
