Hi
I have a spray tan machine from shadez and the hose has just broke off from the bit that attaches it to the machine. Has anyone else found this happens with theirs? As i bought it from ebay i dont have warranty so it'll have to be taped up until i can afford a new one. Im disappointed in shadez!!

Yes its a slight fault if it overheats. Call Rod, if you need his number I can PM it to you. He will replace the hose without question. Apparently there was a batch of machines that came in with the wrong glue on. I just re-glued mine and they have been fine.

Call Rod and it will all be sorted asap, he is very reliable.

In the mean time, glue or tape it up. xx

I guess this is another example of why it doesn't pay to buy professional products from Ebay.. hope you get it sorted soon

A lot of companies sell there stuff on ebay, and if you buy directly from them you still get excellent customer service. If you buy second hand then thats where the problem lies.

I've had mine for over a year now, and never had a problem with it, I got mine direct though, phone him or look him up on here, hes a geek too hth

Hi

The exact thing happened to my gun. I've got a post on it already if you search

I only had it on a couple of minutes and it was the 2nd or so time I'd used the machine. So I cant see it happening because of over heating

Mines is now taped up to and have been waiting weeks for a replacement
