I just finished the service as normal, wiped inhibition layer pff topcoat, then used night shimmer where I wanted glitter, cured, applied glitter and topcoated again xxx

Just did 2 coats of naughty list, then randomly dabbed irresistible foil onto the tacky layer then TIO. x
