Hi Geeks

I carnt beleive that Sienna x hasnt got any products in stock

I tried placing an order yesterday, and i carnt beleive that they havnt got the Moisturizing and Exfoliator in Sachets in stock also the 250ml Bottles.

I dont know what to do now, as they havnt got any in stock until mid - late june due to repackaging.

I dont know what to say to my clients now

anyone else having the same problem.

oh, that is dissapointing.

Bit of an oversight id say. Can you get soloution from them and is it just retail items that are not available.

maybe you could see if any geeks have any excess stock that they could sell to you to keep you going over the next few weeks?

I agree with Jenny, there surely must be someone out there who can sell you some of their stock for now.....jus crazy that the company would not have any surplus stock to carry over to supply whilst they are re-packaging MAD! xxx

there was a thread on this a few days ago. The supplier in Scotland had some available.
I agree it's not good and i am disappointed that they didn't warn us so that we could have stocked up. It could be worse....they could have no solution either xxx

I don't usually advise buying pro products from e-bay but there is someone selling 5x exfoliating sachets and 5x top up sachets...if you type in sienna x it comes up in the first few listings. Like I said, not idea but it may help if your in a pickle xx

Of course nobody is going to be ok with it. It's a right pain in the ar** especially when this time of year we are going to retail more than any other time! But what's the point in stressing about it when there's not much we can do? We have the main product to earn us money...the solution.
Can you imagine if it was the other way round is what i am saying and we had no solution! and in all fairness to Sienna, when have they ever made a mistake like this? They are a great company and this could be something that is out of their hands. They are loosing money too and i'm sure they are not happy about it :hug: xxx

try PMing 'The Blether' I got a few retail items from Heather and a bottle of solution that was out of stock down here as well, Fab customer service with next day delivery! I will be using them in future :green:

How about using Celeb secrets or tantrick retail products for a while.Not ideal when you want to sell the whole brand but better than not being able to offer anything.I can vouch for Tantricks extender.
