I'm becoming interested in incorporating sound into some of my treatments, such as crystal therapy, crystal tranquility and reiki, but also facials and reflexology.

when I was in covent garden a while back, I bought an OHM tuning fork. I've used it a few times to finish a treatment and I like using it, and prefer it to a singing bowl or tingshaws.

I was wondering if anyone else uses tuning forks or have suggestions on how to use it.

I've been looking on the net and their is a training manual and DVD but its from the USA so not sure about buying it.

interesting thread and i'm glad there is a thread about it ,I've been reading up on sound therapy training also combined with reki and massage, sound therapy with tuning forks apparentlly it is supposed to help deal with fertility issues, chronic pain, cancer, stress-related illnesses, sleep disorders,IBS, ME, tinnitus, mild depression, anxiety, arthritis and also children with ADHD ..sounds like a good treatment to offer.

interesting, i've heard of this kind of thing to improve your sex life,
is it anything like playing Enya to get someone in the mood?
