I also listen to podcasts of dr josh axe. Motivational and he focuses on eating for overall health. He has a website with recipes etc and recommends eating whole foods (unprocessed) such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains and wild or organic grass fed meats. Not really a diet but a discussion about the best way to fuel your body and enjoy food.

Reducing the processed sugar in my diet has greatly improved how I feel in general. I have lost 16kg to date!
 
YES!! I use my fitness pal too! it helps me keep track of what I've been eating, and it does the calorie count so I know what to not go over... amazing site!!
