Spray tan machine repairs-T100

Hi there I'm just starting out in the Tanning world and thought I'd buy a second hand machine to start off with I purchased a T100. Before I paid for it the lady showed me that it work etc Then yesterday when I went to use it no power was going to the machine when it turned on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I can't use it I'm gutted!!!!:cry:

Has any one had this problem? also do you know where I could take the mahine to see if any repairs need doing?

Presumably you have replaced the plug top fuse and checked all connections are in place in the plug top?

You might be lucky that's its just the on off switch that's faulty which is easily repairable...or worse case scenario is that the motor has stopped which starts to get expensive and sometimes better to buy a new machine.

If you wish to send it in to us we will happily have a look at it and let you know what is the problem and the remedy to fix

It was the motor windings that had burned out in the normal place due to the filter been filthy :irked: but alls well i just unwound the stator and re soldered the connection 15 min job and all back n running for now!! the motor on the T100 Has very poor quality copper windings there like hair! but at least your back in business and it should last until you have earned enough to buy A BRITISH BUILT!! 5008 :lol::lol:

ive got spare needles and gaskets for t100s/t200s in stock that should sort your problem out. if you send me the gun i can repair it and send it back in 24 hours you can contact me either through here or if you click on my web site posted below this post

Are you absolutely sure it is the needle that is damaged. I have just ditched my T100 after almost 6 years because of stop/starting. It isn't the needle in my case but the completely kerfurtled motor.

Have bought a 5008 but I am hating it at the moment.

no joe the motor and main machine is running fine its the gun miss spraying from what i can gather shes dropped the needle on its point when cleaning they blunt and this missed spraying pattern does happen:irked:

Ahhh, that'll stop it spraying every time, I think I would stop working if I were dropped on my head lol!
