Hello

I have recently bought a Shadez spray tanning machine and am very happy with it. I have been praciticing on friends and family for the last three weeks and everything i've done has turned out great so am thinking of starting a mini buisness with it to do it alongside my full time job but i'm guessing before i can start spraying people i dont know (a.k.a clients) i HAVE to have training and get a certificate to be able to get insured? I would like to do everything properly so dont want to cut any corners and was wondering if anyone could give me some direction on where to go to get this kind of certified training in the Essex area? I don't want to purchase any other machine because i am really happy with the one i've got and it seems to be working great for me so didnt know if asking companies like Tantrick etc was the right way to go?

I know there have been loads of threads on this topic but i have spent the last 30 mins reading through them and none of them really cover what i need to know! I am new to Salon Geek so any info you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys!

Hi there

Good that you have recognised that you need training and insurance before you get unleashed on the public!

There are plenty of trainers around from different companies - a lot on this site.

If you want Tantrick's info, log on to www.wowproducts.co.uk for your nearest trainer. Give them a call, they would be more than happy to help you!

Good luck and happy tanning!:)

I trained with Fake Bake and they have a number of training centres around. You can contact the London trainer at [email protected]. The training is very reasonably priced and you are not obliged to buy Fake Bake products or equipment (well you weren't when I did mine) x

I train for Tantrick hun and can tell you we would be happy to train you with out any hard sell tactics,

if you are happy with your kit then that is fine,

if all you want is training that is all you would get,
along with the benefit of knowing that your trainer is there for you at any time in the future to answer any questions you may have and give helpful advise,
here's the number if you would like to talk with someone in head office
0845 022 2233 hth

Thank you all so much - you've been a really big help! This website is a godsend!

I have emailed someone at tantrick in my area this evening so will wait to hear from them! If no reply soon, i'll call the head office!

Thanks again! Getting really excited about starting this up now! :)
