tanning machine broke and no reply help

I have just brought a shadez spray tan machine and when i came to use it for the first time on Friday during the tanning the pipe had came out of the air gun. the pipe had disconnected from the gun and i couldn't put the pipe back in so i had to hold the pipe in the airgun so i could continue to finish the tan. Just finished the tan and the machine turns off and wouldn't come back on. The heater wasn't on and i had the setting on meduim. I have sent the company 2 emails and i have left a message on there answer machine. What else can i do i havne't had the machine a week yet. Help has anyone had any problems with this machine?

Not sure for definate, but I think I've seem them on ebay also, so you may be able to contact them via that avenue as well..... good luck... hope you manage to sort it out and have no more bad experiences.....:hug:

I have had this machine for a few months now and find it very good. In the beginning I had some leakage from the cup and when I e-mailed the company they were very helpful and sent me some spare parts. I have not actually had to use them yet as the problem has not returned. So I am sure you will get a reply after the holiday.

Just to add, is it possible that you didn't turn the hose pipe fitment into the base of the machine properly. It needs to be turned slightly so that it cannot come loose.

Also the machine is designed to cut out after 15-20 mins continuous use to prevent overheating. It should switch back on again within a few minutes.

I haven't got a problem with the hose connection to the machine only the hose to the airgun. The hose has an attachment which goes into the airgun and the hose has detatched itself from the connection.
