Tanning the face?!

Hi guys! I'm wondering what ur opinions are in regards to the best ways to tan the face. Would you say spray tan solutions or lotions spefically designed to tan the face are better? So far I haven't had much luck with tanning my face. Rather the tan didn't show up at all or makes me look like I have a million blackheads and black dots on my face even tho I always exfoliate! Any advice? X

A spray tan hun,
you dont get the tide marks with a spray like you can with the lotions etc,

spray tans definatly go on more even then lotions..

I have very oily skin which has caused loads of open pores. I had problems with with spray tanning my face. You just need a very light coat of solution and that will work fine.
Exfoliation just helps to remove dead skin cells for your tan to sit on a clean fresh base, so that it will last longer and look more even in colour.If you have open pores then it doesnt matter how much you exfoliate hun i'm affraid.
A light coat is the key xxx

Have you ever tried Soap&Glory products? I love them!!
I have the same problem with open pores and Soap & glory have a mushroom face mask that makes them smaller instantly. i use this a few time a week and ever since, have had no problems with fake tan on my face.
