Hi I've just tried out Tantrick Max on myself adding the booster drops to take it up to 14%. I loved the colour but found it didn't last as long as the other Tantrick shades. Has anyone else had this problem? I need to put another order in but not sure whether to get some of the max or not.
Thanks

not sure about your question but I just had my lower half sprayed with Tandare 10% which I believe is the same as Tantrick Max.. had the top half done in Sienna 12%.... all in the name of science pmsl!!

Will be interesting to see how they look compared to each other and how they fade, can never remember from one week to the next what the previous one looked like! lol

Might try half and half vertically next time........... :green:

Now that is one we do want pics of lol

and you are right the max solution is now called Tandare and comes in 10% base and 14% base,
an 18% will be launched too.

Sassy
Tandare is a more cost effective solution and as such does not have all the fancy skin pampering ingredients as the original & intelligent Tantrick solutions does,
it is the same solution without the pampering which is why it is a different price,
you need to moisturise more with tandare to get it to last as long as the others,
its still a great solution at an even better price,
hth

So what's the difference in colour between Tantrick and Tandare? I sampled the Tantrick max but it faded so quick.
What's people's opinion on Tandare-colour, fading, patchy etc..........
May sample that as it works out about the same price as my regular solution. :)

So what's the difference in colour between Tantrick and Tandare?

These are one of the same solutions...Tantrick produce solutions for a number of brands which are produced here in the UK...maybe even one that you may be using without knowing it right now :)

Tandare was a customer taking the same solution as the Tantrick MAX and simply re branded it as Tandare.

When the Tandare owners informed us of financial difficulties we stepped in and rescued things for them bringing the Tandare name into the Tantrick fold and after considerable market research it was finally decided that the Tandare brand identity would remain and that we would drop the MAX branding.

Given the solutions were the same we looked at things and felt that Tandare appealed to a younger audience..a completely differing audience than those that associate so closely to the Tantrick brand.

This new customer base potential is a considerable one and in need of continuity of supply of the Tandare brand which not only operates here in the UK but in a number of other countries as well.

Hoping this clarifies the position fully

Thanks all, well i'll prob still get some and just remember to tell people to moisturise more with that one.

Now i'm confused
So is it the same solution as Collin said or is it the same solution without the pampering ingredients as loubylou said?

Oh dear we cant have that now can we

1) Tantrick MAX and Tandare are one of the same solutions

2) The difference between Tandare(MAX) and Tantrick original and EOS/AG is that ..well there all different :)

Put them into group (types) to get a clearer picture

Tantrick original...our original solutions 5/8/10/12% -contain anti cellulite ,aloe vera etc and is now paraben free..made in U.S.

AG 10.5%/EOS 8.5%..fragrenced water based solutions that dry quickly and have lots bells and whistles,in addition to the bells that the original solution have these two also have penetrating ingredients resulting in loger longevity...made in UK and this is our premium solution

Tandare(MAX) more your stereotypical solutions that you see on the market today, fragranced, higher initial colour guide content and a browner tan outcome than the classic Tantrick gold/brown culture.

Does not contain anti cellulite and penetrating ingredients but does contain aloe vera...10%/14% and booster drop options...targeted at the younger groups or those wanting more initial colour guide and a darker tan option.

A good "work horse" solution that isn't complicated and allows therapists to compete more in the open market through reduced price point....made in the UK

Hoping that helps

So, ive got a few young girls (and boys) that want a really brown (not orange or even sunkissed) tan. They really want to look like they have been in the sun for two weeks. Would you recommend Tandare 10 & 14% and will it be suitable for pale clients that want a proper brown tan? x x

The thing is even the fairest skin type can sometimes take as high a % as a medium or olive skin type and vice versa.

You do have to experiment to find out individuals specific reactions and DHA overload levels.

Try the 10% first and if this goes well then move up to the 14%..explain to them the DHA overload deal and away you go

Better safe than sorry

Well my hubby just sprayed me this eve with Max plus 2 drops in 100ml to make it 12%. Will see how this turns out on me. Im not dark skinned by any stretch so lets hope I don,t look tango'd tomorrow . Got to say though no one has been disappointed with any tan so far but they have asked to go darker.

Fingers crossed all goes well

i have to say that I was never a believer in a darker tan and used the EOS just to get a slightly golden tan effect but before going on hols i though "what the heck" and Britta did me with the Tandare/Max 145..I was a bit apprehensive I must admit but was pleasantly surprised, for someone who prefers a subtle tan, that the outcome was as if I had already been away for two weeks in the sunshine.

The upshot was I could move strait to the front of the beach on arrival and not be one of those stereotypical Britt's all lillywhite hiding from the crowd and turning blotchy red after a the first day's session on the beach.

That said I still managed to get a burnt bum ...but that's a whole different story :lol:

Yes, how is your burned bum? My tan is the best colour yet, have had lots of positive comments today. Next week will try the Max at 14%. I like to have a tan on so my clients can see what a lovely colour it is. I did my sister this morning at 14% and I think this is going to look great for a night out or pre holiday as you said. Have also done a client this morning with AG plus 1 drop in 50ml. Will see how that turns out.

Its good to see someone so new to spray tanning so full of enough confidence to already experiment with own blending ...quiet impressed I must say

Just sprayed hubby today with the Tandare 14%. Have to say it smells quite pleasant, goes on nice and even - good guide colour.

Will post on here later on how long it lasts etc. So far I'm impressed!

Hubby sprayed me with Autumn Gold and I have minxed my toes with golden lightening! So - I am ready - where is the sun?:)

Well my husband sprayed me weds evening with the Tandare 14% and I love it. will be great if there is an 18% coming out as I sprayed a girl yesterday with a L A Disco 18% sample and she did look a lovely dark brown colour when she left and she has text me this morning and is thrilled to bits. Will try to take the tandare 14 up to 18 and see if that goes as dark. I also think that the Tandare 14% is darker than the 10% Max taken up to 14% using the drops as I have tried that also. Ooo im loving spray tanning.:)

Watch our website for the 18% due in July

The thing is that the different solutions when mixed are done so in large batches so it is much easier to get the solution percentages right.

The thing is that when your blending smaller amounts like 100ml and measuring with drops coming out of the dispenser its not as accurate as when done by a chemist in a lab...the drop sizes can vary dependant on hand pressure etc.

So it could be that you put a little less in ...as grandma used to say when brewing a pot of tea for 4 people.."just 1 extra bag for the pot"

Just takes a bit of usage to get the drops right
