Are you just going to be buying the eos and the autumn gold rather than the original solutions now.

good point!!
but no!
i want all the solutions available, plus these two added extras that have different benefits
the only one i dont use very much is the 12% but i still stock it as you just dont know!!

I am still going to use the original bronzers gillian too... I like the Autumn Gold and am using that one now along side the original colours. I didn't get along with EoS myself... but everyone else seemed to do :green:

Oh good news for those who can't see much colour guide.... Collin told me today that in the next batch order of liquids he is going to ask for a small % increase in guide colour as there are a few of us short sighted tanners that are struggling with seeing the colour guide going on.

Although he insisted that it hadnt changed.. I suggested that as we were now all trying to spray at optimum levels ie 25 - 30mls per tan instead of maybe 40 - 45mls that we started out at, this is why some people find it difficult to see the guide colour.

Soo that really cheared me up today...

Oh sorry... are you going to be using the original colours along side EoS and AG or now just wanting to use the new liquids?

I stock and use all 6 hth

I haven't tried the autumn gold yet,but liked the eos.i can see there would be a problem with the guide colour though in a bad light.I spray in my conservatory in bright natural light so the few i have done with eos seem to come out fine as i have been able to just see the guide.

I should imagine that after a while guide colour isnt always necessary anyway once used to your machine and technique. After all some companies promote a no colour guide solution especially for brides.Perhaps we rely on it too much and should try and get it right without having too much.(im not talking about me here im just still a novice and like a guide colour)

Its less to come off on the sheets which is what i have found with other solutions, you can look like you have been rolling around in mud.

Anyway its good to see that Tantrick is still developing, moving forward and listening to its customers needs.

i personally dont find the colour guide a problem
maybe i spray in a good light, but what i do do, is stick to my routine carefully, so im sure if i sprayed with clear it would be ok, as i know where i should have sprayed
hth x

I will still use all six. Did the hubby's legs in the Autum gold monday night and he looks fantastic so good I will now have a go on myself lol. Got to use him as my guinea model. Eos colour guide never really had a problem with like Lotus Blossom says just stick to my routine then I know I have sprayed everywhere. :)

The spray tanning industry is constantly developing as it is after all still relatively young.

As attitudes and trends change driven by ever increasing end user customer demands and expectations we all need to be willing to adapt to meet those demands.

The end user customer has every right to demand top end products when paying top end bucks compared to nipping down to Asda and buying inferior products directly off the shelves.:!:

When the spray tanning industry first started tanning solutions were clear of any colourant..

The Americans added the initial colour dye and when this treatment first hit the UK the initial colour guide was..well erm.... over the top so to speak and anyone being sprayed came out the same chocolate brown initially and once washed off the under tan looked like an advert for a fruit company.

Wow how things have developed since then and now days there is an ever increasing move toward cleaner liquids by responsible manufacturers that are progressing the industry into new levels and which have a tendency to lean toward the skin type of the individual as if it were to be tanned through UV exposure.

So ever closer to the development of a personnel tan that suits your skin type without the risks associated with skin cancer

We now see that different manufacturers have developed a wide variety of attitudes toward issues such as initial colour guide, base colour's for the DHA itself ,additives etc etc.

In nature it is these skin types that set us all apart and give us our own unique identity which is important to maintain when offering beauty treatments.

Tanning solutions have now moved so far forward to those "good old days" when us manufacturers were beavering away with formulation mixes in the double garage still learning and experimenting with different formulations and ways to combat instability issues, which base colours worked best, how to actually apply the solution to the skin surface most effectively and as evenly as possible etc.etc

Given another 5 years of further development spray tanning the skin things would have moved on beyond recognition of what the end user experiences today....and that is good news for us all:hug:

Currently experienced spray tan operators are "used to" higher levels of initial colour guide and maybe find less is perhaps more difficult to get used to.

However those new to the industry and are trained with these new liquids from day one see what they use as being "normal" and happily spray away.

The benefits of reduced levels of "make up" are clear for all to see in the reduced levels of mess needing cleaning up at the end of each day,a more comfortable less "sticky" experience for the consumer, less rub off,a longer lasting tan with a more even fade off to mention but a few.

The key to utilising liquids with this reduced colour guide comes with usage and confidence however can be greatly assisted if adequate lighting of course is available..

This is easily achievable in a static salon environment however can be more difficult when it comes to mobile operators.....there are of course many options of clip on low wattage lighting devices available on the market to deal with this problem adequately.

Solution choice is a very personnel one however without the ability to have that choice through manufacturers developing product there would be far to many ompa lumps all looking identical waddling down the high street on a Friday night out for any of our likings.

No matter which liquid or brand you choose and for whatever reason you so choose the one you use ....enjoy spreading the

OMG was that to much information for a Tuesday morning at 8.30am
