good evening....

A little help from ya'll would be greatly appreciated.

some questions on tips :)

White French Tips - am i right by saying, no blending necessary as you have the perfect smile line?? and then to you level out the difference from natural nail to tip with gel??

Funky already nail arted for you tips - do these generally cover the whole nail therefore no gel or blending required??

Cheers ears...

I blend white tips looks now natural

anyone else do anything different?

i use white tips and gel to seal and moderatthe white

French white tips do not need blending you are correct, The only thing you need to do is gently buff away the shine so that the gel with adhere to them. you just build up the natural nail to the same level as the tip, and dont forget your apex.

With the pre designed tips they normaly have a full well that is clear you will need to reduce this down accordingly with your file, You should have been shown how to customise tips in your training, if you are unsure I would contact your educator.
Just one other thing, it helps us a lot if you fill out a bit more detail on your profile, who you trained with, when what systems you use.
As this is a professional forum many people feel a bit funny about giving out information to others if they dont have all the information in front of them, we have spent years and thousands on our educations to be where we are in the industry, all we have to go on is what your profile says, if they are not filled in corectly then many will not answer any questions as you could be untrained properly etc etc.

Thanks for your reply bee...

I've now updated my profile, hope the relevant info is now on there.

My tutor only showed us 1 system for UV Gel which was buffing tip for the natural nail look... however, it come to me what the hell do you do when you have a predesigned tip, you can't go and buff them away lol.. so thanks for clarifying that.

You are welcome chick, thanks for updating your profile to, it helps us oldies a lot too.
