I have done many sets of individual eyelashes and just use the individual ones from salon system, i use flares and single ones and when i have done a ladies eyelashes they normally wait till the others have fallen off or get them off them selves, however i had an older lady come back and there were just a few remaining so she wanted me to remove them for her. They normally come off with warm water on a cotton pad abit of pulling and i used the remover that came with them. but OMG they were stuck fast!!!! they would not come off i have never known them stick sooo much!! it took me an hour to get 3lashes off each eye!! couldnt believe it, by this time from the pulling and remover etc her eyes were a little red and stinging her a little, felt bad but nothin i could hav done i tried by best and couldnt believe how hard these were to get off!! any suggestions of how i can remove them in the future, what anyone else uses to remove these eg. removers etc!!!

I use the Nouveau lash remover which works very quickly with the Nouveau Lash system that I am using. I have just stroked the individual lash with a small wand and in a few seconds, the lash debonds. Very neat, no flooding or irritation and very simple to do.

Sounds like the remover did do little if anything to remove the lashes?
Every manufacturer will offer an adhesive and remover that is specifically designed to remove that adhesive, ie Nouveau, Flirties etc have their own adhesive and designated remover, which doesnt mean that the removers dont work on other adhesives but it seems that yours was not suitable at all to remove the extensions.
With the right remover it would only take seconds to remove the lashes (extensions) as you would only need to apply the remover with the microbrush to be able to remove them without any discomfort for the client. You shouldnt need to pull the lashes at all........
