Two body wraps not turned up!

So I had 2 clients booked in at 10am this morning for Universal Contour Wraps. They have been for their previous two appointments but their 3rd wraps were today. I've tried ringing. I've left a message on one of their mobiles asking if everything is ok and if they are on their way, but now I'm just twiddling my thumbs!

I have the landline for the other girl but I've rang and it's engaged. Something may have happened to them, and if so I feel awful, but what do I do!!!!

My whole morning is blocked out till 1pm for them and it's a lot of money to lose for no shows :sad: And my tank is there all set up. I put it on at 8:45 this morning. SOOOOO annoying!

unfortunately this time of year people get very forgetful or realise they haven't got the funds. I get deposits for my wraps this usually helps prevent no shows but theres not much you can do apart from grab passers by
