UV top coat

i would like to know, can you remove uv top coat with non acetone remover or if not do you just buff off ,
ps i do not mean the gel top coat you need to cure x

I can take my Thermo Shield of with a non acetone remover hun, and another one I have that I got with a lina gel set someone bought me ages ago...hth..x
