Was left feeling drained after this experience!

I just had the oddest experience. .. I was just finished with a client and had 45 minutes to get to somewhere an hour away... not with a client luckily. .. and I was due to pick someone up also. I webt to get my phone and it wasn't there... I NEVER leave my phone at home... that and my diary are like extra limbs how could I have forgotten it so I had to drive 10 minutes out of my way to go and get it making me even later. I found my phone under a jumper even though I was sure I'd put it in my bag...
I sped off up the road after letting the person know I was coming and then got stuck behind an OAP bus going 20 miles an hour... and the back doors were creating a glare from my headlights whuch was effecting my vision. I couldn't get on to facebook to let everyone know I qas going to be very very late then when I got to a crossroads I seen the bus was going the direction I was and I had this overwhelming feeling of turn the other wau so I did and I was just blatantly I'm not going. I pulled over to consider for a minute and had a dull ache in my head as if I had banged it like I would in a crash it was so weird..
Then I sent my messages and headed to my gdads but I passed the fuel garage where I seen my partners cousin who I knew he'd been out with so I thought I'll go home and ley him know I'm ok just as I thought it he text me making sure I was ok.... he's had a bad feeling about it all along... oh and my petrol light came on

Talk about the universe not letting me go... home now and not moving!

I'm a great believer in following instincts and you followed yours on this occasion. I sometimes get very strong feelings about situations and only occasionally very strong feelings about people. These feelings are both positive and negative. I find when I get negative feelings about someone, it leaves me feeling very drained indeed! I don't like negative energy in my life.

I totally agree and it turned out to be the right thing to do.
I think its great to be able to sense negative and positive energy as horrible as it is to have negative energy it has its benefits too I think.

I had a friend or should I say acquaintance who made me feel like this. I ignored it when infact I should have taken heed. Taught me to trust myself more.
Then there was another occasion.... Lol I won't start but no seriously at the age I am now I shall be trusting & listening to my instincts a lot more.

I have a few of those myself, they just don't seem to get it, but taunting, stalking and trying to put someone out of business etc does not make friendship lol, and when im asked if i know them i say well, im aquanted lol
(and they wonder why :eek: )

Should Old Acquaintance be forgot,
and never thought upon;
The flames of Love extinguished,
and fully past and gone:
Is thy sweet Heart now grown so cold,
that loving Breast of thine;
That thou canst never once reflect
On Old long syne.

Robert Burns

The last house I lived in was like that. My husband wanted to buy it and persuaded me in the end it would be a good move. But the moment we moved in I knew something was wrong.

Clocks and computers went haywire all the time. Cars on the driveways would not start if they were parked in a certain place. Handbags, jewellery and keys would go missing all day. My handbag was put on a shelf in the morning and then vanished, I searched for it all day and then around teatime it re-appeared, just materialised on the shelf, this really frightened me and my heart felt like it was going to burst.

The kitchen was the worst room. Glasses, cups, milk bottles would tumble on the floor. I was forever cleaning the kitchen floor from spills and in the mornings pools of water were there for no reason.

The dog was spooked by something invisible poking her and she shot up in the air on all fours one day.

My friend Trish who was psychic said she did not want to frighten me but she said that there was something very wrong with the house.

The house made itself invisible when people arranged to visit. We could see them driving up and down the road as if they couldn't find us.

We had time shifts in the house also, and someone in the village said that our house was on a lay line, don't know if that was true but they said that could have been why things kept happening.

So many things happened I could write a book. One day I was on the phone chatting to a friend and something hit me in the back and I cracked my head on the wall.

The house in Manchester is ok, nothing wrong with it, thankfully, despite it being No. 13.

Interesting story. It could be that your house is built on the ground of something much older that causes the problems, rather than the house itself.

Love all this...phew where to start....

I was only about 5, I woke up to noise, music, people laughing outside, I looked out of my bedroom window at the back garden and could see the light shining on the grass from the kitchen with shadows of people moving about, all the sounds that woke me had stopped.
I put the landing light on and went downstairs wanting to join the party mum and dad were obviously having and the whole house apart from the light I'd switched on was in total darkness and Dad then came downstairs to see what I was doing up and about at 3am and escorted me back to bed, the party in the kitchen had dissappeared, the kitchen party happened every few months, (or not) - never felt uneasy, and I still don't in their house.

Laying in bed one night about 15 yrs ago, in the Bedford Arms Hotel, in Woburn I woke to to a lady saying "help me" repeatedly, I woke up my man to send him out to help whoever was in distress in the next bedroom. He knocked on the door and no answer.
The morning we spoke to the hotel manager told him what had happened, the Colour drained from his face and asked if we'd seen her. He said no one has been in the room since it caught fire yrs and yrs previously. When we checked out and old gent with his dog tilted his hat and nodded good bye,.....
Was told a few yrs later that man with the dog died back in the 1970's and the lady shouting nf help me, has apparently been freaking out staff since the 1800's not a nice lady...

I've been for walks around the village where I live and see groups of people stood at bus stops that are no longer there when you get closer :/

The list is endless...
