What can I offer in 5 mins

Hi all

I have been asked to set up a nail table at the next do as a beauty extra for some ladies to get our businesses noticed.

The problem is I only have a timescale of 5 mins and dont know what to offer in that time.

Can some of you experts help me please. Much appreciated.

why not offer a trial nail on thier pinkies.. or nail art demo...i did this at a prom fayre and gained loads a business.... hth...H x

Offer a mini massage and hand lotion or quick file and tidy and hand lotion!

Why not do a really good manicure on just 1 finger. do everything, cuticle care, file, buff and then they will be able to compare the difference with their other 9 fingers and want to book you to make their other fingernails look wow!

We need more info on your "do" before we can really give you good advice - is it a demo type do, wedding fair type do or a formal do?

It's a spring ball with a beauty room for half an hour or so just as an added extra.

I was thinking of nail art ideas but I'm not that good with nail art.

So any ideas and pics to help will be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't do nail art if you don't already have experience in it.

A gentle nail buff and cuticle oil or a hand and arm massage would be plenty to do in five minutes! :hug: That's half a minute each nail which is no time at all!

Yep, I 3rd Ann's idea, instead of rushing to do 10 or even 5 nails, just go for the one, show people what all their nails could look like if they booked with you!!
I wouldnt even bother with enamel, just bring to a high shine at the end with a buffer and then maybe a slick of solar oil!

I think I will go with that as it would hopefully encourage them to come to me to do the rest of their nails
