What info can I use as far as copyright goes?

Ok so I have decided to take the plunge and switch to Nouvatan solution from LA tanning. I would like to know if I can use the nouvatan logo on my facebook home page and on my promotional material

If you are stocking and using nouvatan on youur clients Im sure dawn and steve would be more than happy.

They are on holiday though just now but there is someone in the office still so why not give them a call and just ask?

I'm pretty sure that Dawn and Steve would be delighted that you've asked to "share the Nouvatan love" on your Facebook page and price lists... hopefully the lady in the office will be able to advise you before they get back from holiday though

yeah, I mean I am pretty sure that it will be ok, but thought it polite to ask first. I would also like to put the logo on my own leaflets so need to ask about that too.

My husband has recently had some very big and expensive issues with copyright laws. Basically if you didn't write it or design you cannot use it without permission. It doesn't have to have the copyright words or C for you to be sued. Our solicitor said that more and more people are getting caught out by this and are having to pay the price. Don't risk it xx

we have no issues with any body who uses are solution, using our Logo or adding links from our web site. feel free to copy wording from our QnAs or if you want to scan our leaflets and print your own ect, were not like McDonalds wanting to sue any body with a yellow M in there logo

I forgot I posted this lol. Steve what about your model photos, the one who has had the tan, can I use them please so I can show my clients what they can expect? I only use Nouvatan for "normal" tans:lol: and I only use the LA tanning on competition dancers.
