What nails are you sporting today?

Have gone for something a little less in your face on mine, as lately they have been blinged up to the nine's. I haven't tried any pinks on me yet as they usually don't suit but I love this. Hot Pop Pink with Silver VIP.

The other picture is my client last night. I was asked to do a neutral-ish shade so it would go with a red dress but with the wow factor and that would look fabulous drinking Champagne at a posh hotel for a wedding, so this is what we did and she was one very happy bunny to say the least. Her nails are mega long, she won't let me touch the length at all Lol, but they are a dream to paint!! I did 2 x Romantique with 1 x M&R then silver glitter fade

Love these! How do you do your nail art? I use shellac but once Iv cured the colour then go to do the nail art it either runs or doesn't show up very well?!

Using foil is so easy. After the second colour coat has cured place foil on top, rub it in a bit and then pull strip off. I sometimes find I just need to lie the foil on the nail and pull straight off, no need to rub. Then top coat and cure xx

Most foils have a silver backing that's what you place on nail with the colour or design facing you. Where did you get your foils from as some don't work and you will need the foil adhesive

Thanks for the explanation. I got them from nail delights but it didn't have a silver backing paper and just wouldn't stick to the shellac colour coat tacky layer. In the end I finished the nails completely then brushed on foil adhesive and did it that way which did work. It was a leopard print design and not very foily so I'll try with a different foil instead x
