Thankyou both, i used shellac cream puff, and some cosmetic grade neon pigments i had shipped from the states, but if you search online there are a few companys that do them, just make sure they are high grade cosmetic, to avoid irritation to skin x

Got them in eBay from a seller called at.your.fingertips.nailart.design

The flowers were from them and the free edge stamp is a BM plate xxx

Trying out something new...again, lol. Neon pigments and glitter mixed with smoothing gel (the yellow glows in the dark). The other set are done with vinylux and irresistible glitter :biggrin:
