Hi, thanks =) I finished the nail to top coat, wiped inhibition and buffed then painted the heart with Vegas nights, cure and sprinkle with glitter, use a brush to press in and brush off excess, paint over with Vegas nights, cure and add more glitter if needed then top coat =)
