How do you manage to stick the bow Iv got some and they don't seem to lie flat or stick x

I used nail glue Hun, polybond from NSI as it has a brush so easier to apply, I placed a blob on the nail then placed the bow on and held for a few seconds then placed a tiny blob at the sides of the join to make it stronger x

And the other one is my own nails I did for my friends wedding as I was a bridesmaid- cake pop, strawberry smoothie then mop. X

My first time doing this shape, my first time custom blending the colour, and my first time trying to do a fade. Needs improving but I'm pleased and I have learnt
