And these are my toes CND Shellac Tropix with CND Additive yellow burnished on top. Created the matte effect by using soft side of koala on top coat before using dotting tool to create 'water drops' with top coat

i used cream puff shellac with all of the spring additives blended over the top x

Trying out some neon pigments, shame the photo doesn't show up the true brightness...2 x coats of Shellac cream puff, burnish in the pigment powders, seal with clearly pink and finished with top coat..

Thank you. Could I use anything else apart from clearly pink. I don't have that one. Only pinks I have are negligee, beau and grapefruit sparkle. X
