Mine were going more into this shape at first and I think it's because I was stuck in the oval movement.. You need to keep your file rigid at a very straight up right 45 degree angle.. Quite hard to explain but don't swing the file around like we naturally do and then square off as it doesn't work there's not enough squareness..

It's funny how we become so used to doing things we no longer realise, ill be aware to keep the file straight and see if that helps thanks x

Wow your really good... I hope I'm to the standard you are soon. I'm doing gel extensions and they only seem to last 2 weeks it's so disheartening x

Have not worked with a tech that has used that technique yet but I am glad to know what it is I am trying to learn more about the industry to better serve the nail techS and students I work with. Thank you for the info
