I bought the Mehaz Professional Wide Jaw Straight Toenail clipper Mehaz Professional Wide Jaw Straight Cut Toenail Clipper #665: Amazon.co.uk: Health & Beauty Its great, collects all the clippings, its strong enough to get through the toughest toenails and it cuts straight across. Wouldn't be without it now.

Thanks for that link. I'm getting some of those for my husband - not the tidiest nail clipper in the world!!!

Also hate awkward clients who ask a zillion questions before not booking a ridiculously great deal treatment! And clients who come with shockingly bad nails and expect a miracle!!

I've thought of another:

I hate clients who lose a nail, then use glue to stick it back on rather than coming back in for a replacement.

Or if its my least favourite client, she loses one and picks them all off. Just makes me wanna scream!
