have just realised i will need to buy a beauty couch & presumably stool or chair for myself to offer mob eyelash extensions .. its not going to work out as affordable as id originally thought

im a mua so dont really have a clue about prices for couches / chair or even what to look for, just wondered what eyelash techs used when they offered this treatment as a mobile service

read somewhere that a therapist gets her client to lie on the sofa, but dont think this is very professional and dont fancy breaking my back or my knees!

many thanks

I take a couch, stool, folding table, box with blankets, lash kit
and couch roll. It is a lot to get in and out the car. That's why I'm renting a room.

hi, thanks for your prompt reply
can i ask what sort of couch you use and where you bought it from / how much ?

I have a just bought a new couch, I use it constantly and also the client needs to be comfortable for lashes as they can take a while. My other couch broke in two!!!! It was the therapy2000 student couch I would def not reccoment it with the banging it in and out of car etc.

I have just bought the feelgood couch its on sale at the moment it came yesterday and I am in love with it, so comfy and def worth the money, so much sturdier than the other couch and height ajustable too, i like this as i dont take a stool with me there is too much to take already so can be a perfect height for clients chairs etc. Also its not too high for those cleints that find it difficult getting onto some tables.

this is the link for my couch

Massage Table Super Lightweight Portable Folding Massage Table 12kg TM04 - Feel Good UK

however i did find someone selling it on ebay too and it came the next day.

looks good and reasonable price
what colour did you buy?
thanks blush

I got mine cheap second hand. Def wouldn't recommend it for mobile. Not good.

i got the beige it comes in a bag and lighter than my other couch although not much lighter but does make a difference, i cant beleive how much sturdier it is than the other one. There is another thread on here that i started the other day on couches i think it was need a new couch asap with a few other recommendations on, this one is fab though :) x

It may seem like you have to buy a lot to start off with, but the profit margin is pretty steep and you will make your money back very quickly-well I have anyway.
I never take a stool with me and don't have one, may be this is irresponsible of me, but I find that people will always have some sort of chair/stool for you to sit on.
I take my couch-feel good one as said previously which is fab and sooo comfortable and my kit and that's it, really easy.
Enjoy the treatment and enjoy the profits :)

Check out ebay!

I was planning on getting one from the same company as Kelsha, Feel Good UK. Did a quick search on ebay and found it from the same company as a seller but £25 cheaper plus free covers, bargain.
