Which product do you like for 'hold' for wedding hair do's?

I was just wondering what are your fabourite products that give good hold, I only ask because I am starting to do quite a lot of wedding hair and wouldn't want the curls etc... to drop within an hour or so

So if you could give me some recommendations of what you find good products to use I would be very grateful.
