Evening all i was just wondering which wax you used and why? I use hives wax the tee tree one but i am not sure if thhis is too creamy (if that makes sence).

I use Perron Rigot cristal ocean, Berins blue and have just started using Berins ease as well.
Cristal ocean goes on so thin, is easy to apply, hardly use any strips to remove, and gets the hairs out.
Berins blue is lovely. I didn't get on so well with the Euroblonde (Perron Rigot equivalent), I found it dried too quick and can become brittle but the Blue is a dream to use, stays pliable longer, gets out the short hairs and i can see it-lol.
Ease is a creamier consistency but not as cost effective as the Cristal ocean and i've only just started using it but it's great for doing large areas quickly.
Everyone has their favourite waxes and you can get samples to try out to see which ones you like.

I use Berins waxes too,
they are great at getting every last hair out, hth

I have never heard that said before and have never experienced that, ever. How long were you leaving it before you pulled it off? Were you putting enough on?

Hi fellow waxing queens.....I live and work in Portugal and have never heard of this wax can you tell me how much you pay for this wax and your supplier? can you also tell me what you look for in a wax and how you decide on your products? I used this most amazing wax when i was working in New Zealand for 4 months and am seriously considering becoming a distributor for this wax and would really appreciate any comments on this topic..........Also how do you feel about organic skin care range? How do you buy your products? do you mostly buy from your suppliers via internet or do your distributors call on you regularly?
Look forward to hearing your comments

Yes i put enough on and i didn't leave it on long.
I know how to use it-i was taught by the best :wink2:
I always had my hive heater on 2or 2.5. I just got on better with the blue berins. I find it easier to see too! I do find the Berins a lot stringier though and have to wand more

:)

Your Euroblonde should be on 2.5 to 2.75 on the 1000cc Hive, so you have it too low.

Seriously......brittle in not something that happens with this wax so give Thalgo a call. Remember that it takes moments to set and not minutes.

If you're finding the Berins too stringy.....my guess is that you've got your heater too low, just the same as you have for your Perron Rigot. :smack:

Call me if you want me to go through it with you.
