I had an elderly lady in today for a facial. Beautiful skin!!! She's 81 and amazing!!
Anyway, she asked me about these little yellow marks on her eye lids. No dryness, no contra-indictions. Just slightly yellow looking skin. I said I would ask on here and see if anyone can help us?
So guys,,,,Any ideas??

Thanks xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If the yellowish areas are slightly raised it could be xanthelasma, which I have seen on older clients before.

Thanks darling! Will go and do some research. x

xanthelasma can sometimes be linked to high cholesterol, all of my clients who have them have high cholesterol. They look like raised yellow plaques.
