When your regular clients and not so regular clients are all trying to cram into the same 2 weeks!! (which booked up rapidly over a month ago). Scared to even look at my phone or computer as you know you will add extra appts because they are lovely, kind, a good laugh etc etc.....lol.

Roll on Xmas eve 3pm, a well earned large glass of vino with the family in the pub!!
