I have joined and have had an inspection of my salon and my certificates viewed....my work was also viewed.....surely you fellow geeks realise that something like this doesn't run on fresh air????? finances are needed to maintain the site...fuel costs for visiting salons etc..... it ois also...

how can you say its too expensive??? i thought they were very reasonably priced.....surely you want people around you to see you take pride in your work and salon???....this is good advertisement in itself...:)

From my experience I would say EzFlow as you can have either a spray on activater or a brush on and it has a builder resin which is great for buiding shape to the nail. hth :hug:

I think both companies provide good quality training and have great products and educators alongside. I think it all depends on what you want as an end product from your education. If you want to produce natural looking nails then cnd would be the company to go with, if you want to produce...

Thanks Christine, I may have a go this year....I will be up there working anyway so I may try and sneak out to do one of the comps if I can find a nail model who will be up there too....:)

Unfortunately there are a couple of of these un-authorised enterprises in Plymouth...not just selling 'Creative' products either!!:irked: All I can say is, what goes around comes around....never the less unfortunate....

I don't know if I am having a major blond moment....but I can't seem to find the catagories or rules for the pb comps???? I have been on the pb site and can't seem to find anything to do with the comps???? Can you point me in the right direction anyone??? thanks:hug:

I use one from argos, simular to daylight..... it comes in silver or black and cost fifteen pound. :hug: hth

i had this with a client, it's over exposure to the monomer. this doesn't mean ur being careless as i never went near the cuticles or underside of the nail with any monomer or acrylic. I have since changed my client over to gel and she has had no more problems. hth:hug:

Exactly as you say Carl....I was very sympathetic with her and said all the above....I just don't want to do her as a client anymore but am not sure how to put it politely hence my avoidance.....x
