RIGHT!! im actually a complete idiot! when i did my beauty training my course tutor told me always use a disclaimer and you cant go wrong and a client wouldnt stand up in a court of law etc etc. So iv quite often just used a disclaimer without a patch test. (Never as of yet had any reactions)...
