My point exactly. I know it's a process, but like you say strand tests should be done. A base 9 toner would tone the roots but do nothing for the ends. Instead of going in stages.

I meant they lift it uneven, put say a 9.1 over which tones the roots but doesn't touch the ends. So client ends up with bright blonde at the roots, but still has orange/red mid length and ends.

Nearly all your posts are about how amazing sjk is. You've used them for years never had a tiny problem, great customer service etc. If you're allowed to jump on every thread praising them surely others are allowed to tell of their bad experiences

You can promote yourself in the salon, but I doubt you can promote yourself for mobile. It'll be in your contract. Get yourself busier in the salon so you have a back to back column. You won't have the stress of making sure you've got enough colours, you're not working till all hours finishing...

Extensions aren't meant to be coloured. On your profile it doesn't say your a hairdresser. You shouldn't be colouring or toning extensions. Without being a hairdresser you don't know why or how colouring chemicals work, how to mix, timing etc. it sounds like the hair is over processed. If...

Can't help with the product lines you use, but I'd use bleach, 8 beige and 6 gold. I'd mainly do bleach and the beige but put a few 6 in random.

I'd cut it dry. Like already stated obviously it will be a lot shorter curly if it's Afro hair. Just make sure all hair is completely straight. No slight curls at the root. Post a pic when you've done and good lunch whatever method you choose x
