Hi Geeks

I am pale and have never used fake tan but I have seen a fake tan mousse that I would like to give a try.

My question(s) is how do you do it? How do you do it alone, how to apply it to your back etc?

Do you apply fake tan to your back when you do it or do you only do certain parts of your body?

Please help I am truly stuck, thanks

Just go and get a spray tan hun,
it takes minutes and looks flawless

I know I could but I can see this way being much more cheaper.

Yep, I'd agree with that. Had a Tantrick 5% done and that gave a darker, more uniform result than when I had a St Tropez manual tan done a few months later...

Oh right, might look into it then.

To buy fake tan that you put on yourself, you are around £10ish?
I think im usually around £12 for the stuff i use.

I know a lot of places are charging around £15 for spray tans now, which isnt much dearer. Esp when you know the results are going to be worth it and last a lot longer. At least then you dont have to worry about your back. :green:

hi if you are going to do this i would suggest buying all the correct stuff 1st i.e tan, exfoliator, moisturiser (oil free), latex gloves, buffing mitt you can buy a back applicator from boots which will help you do your back .
I use st.tropez bronzing mouse and find it works really well, i shave, exfoliate and moisturise the night before i am going to apply it, then b 4 i am going to applyi have a quick bath to get rid o deodrant etc , i then apply moisturiser to elbows, ankles knees and hands, then i work from my feet upwards make sure ot to miss ay areas once usingthe buffing mit to blend it especially around the feet area, continue working upwards not forgeting to use the mit he last part i do is my arms i work downwards and then when i get past my elbows i use the mitt to blend onto my hands then i wipe the palms with a wet wipe sit for 10 mins and its dry:lol:. In the morning wash off the colour may not be as dark as ou would like so you can eiter reapply the following nite or just top up wit an everyday building colour moisturiser, i have found the st.tropez 1 excellen and love its quick drying fomula, although once i start spray tanning i will then have that done to practice what i preach lol

this is quite drawn out but hope it helps
