Beauty acadamy training advice needed please

so i have eyelash extension and brazillian waxing traning have paid £420
i have been ran over and unable to make it well i can make it but cant close one of my hands cant stand up walk hobbling ect ect i cant phone them as its bank holiday tomorow? (gtraining is tuesday and wednesday) well i will try tomorow but not banking on it i dont want to lose my money? they say exceptional circumstances i was so excited about the training im heartbroken any advice? xx:cry:

contact as soon as possible and ask if your circumstances apply.
if you can give proof from a doctor, they might let you go on the next course without paying again.

thanks off to hospital 2moro because its a knee injury i rang nhs direct and they prefer older injuries like may just be swelling ect so tomorow can tell xxx thanks for the reply feel a bit tender at the moment lol xxx

I would hope that the course providers will think this is exceptional. I would call them and see if there is an answering machine for you to leave a message on as well as keep ringing until you get an answer.

a+e told me to wait till tomorow because of it being a joint injury happened like 1am (yes i was drunk) thankgod would have really hurt otherwise lol
