Hey Geeks. Do you recommend Brisa gel? If so how is it to work with? The salon/spa I am working at, is currently looking at changing all product to CND. Acrylics, Gels, Manicure and Pedicure supplies as well. I am leaning towards carrying creative polish too. I need your input. It will help that I have some knowledge about products, when I meet with management on this situation. Thanks Mar

I have only used brisa gel for a few months but would definately recommend it. My smile lines have never been so good. The opaque gel is fantastic as well. Brisa is soooooo easy to work with.HTH

a FEW Features of Brisa Gels

1. Strong as they are based on Liquid & Powder (Methacrylate) technology (the only gel that is).

2. Long lasting and completely colour stable (Many gels yellow with age) which keeps clients returning.

3. Perfect clarity

4. A good range of coloured, glitter and opaque gels for custom servicing including a soft white as well as a French white gel.

5. Hypoallergenic gel containing no formaldehyde, gluteraldehyde or acrylates (all known allergens in other gels)

6. Low heat emission

7. Very easy workability and it 'settles' rather than levels (which means it holds its shape smoothly for you)

Shall I go on or is this enough??

I can highly recommend Brisa, in fact I work with it all the time and cannot fault it. I do use 2 Brisa lamps which are essential for curing Brisa.

I see that you also mention the Creative polishes, I use these too and get excellent results with them every time, they also do a great range of base coats and top coats.

Thank you all for sharing your information. We are proudly changing our product to Brisa. I am really excited to take a walk in the CND world. I went and shadowed today with a CND nail technican. WOW Did her nails rock. And the application looks easy. I have been doing way to much work with our previous product. I am so excited, plus it gets even better, the deal they are offering, îs great I am just waiting to get my hands on it, I feel like a kid waiting for Santa to drop off my gift. Thank you again for all your help. Until next time I will be Geekin Girls.

Well ... that's because it is!! :green:

I can never understand why anyone ever has a problem with it! It has to be their inexperience because Brisa is a really good performer and the clarity and colour stability (did I mention that?) is better than any gel I have ever used and I have used plenty of different ones for long periods of time so I know them well. All other gels I have tried have looked dingy and yellowed or aged over time .... Brisa doesn't. It is priced reasonably too and if you are already a CND user, you don'thave to change any of your prep or other products. There are plenty of coloured and glitter gels to choose from that you can mix to make 100's of colours (instead of wasting money buying loads of gels that sit on your shelves gathering dust). Fiona in scotland is brilliant at it.

Have great fun on your course!!
