This is my 2nd only ever set of gel nails - I'm using Brisa.
I've been an L&P girl for over 5 years

I have issues! I'm not good at getting the sidealls in without taking the ears off! Which has made me scared a bit about bringing them in.

I've enjoyed doing these though, I did a layer of silver shimmer over before the Brisa top coat.

I'm sure there are lots of comments about improvement and I'll be glad to hear them.

Well they look pretty good to me Bev - just think how you felt after doing your second set of L&P. You are too much of a perfectionist! A good perfectionist though

Why dont you think about using a paint on white then you dont have to worry about buffing the ears off.

my screen s not big or clear enough for a proper critique, but i can see enough to say you have lovely smile lines !

I did use the POW on my first set - after I'd took some of the ears off & tbh, I was not so happy with the smile - I couldn't get it 'crisp' enough as it seems a bit runnier?
Maybe there's a way of crisping it - I did try to swipe it with my gel brush, but no sooner had I done it then it started to 'leak' iykwim.
I guess it's the 'P' word (Practise) Trouble is, I much prefer to do my practise on paying clients - unknown to them. Normally this works very well!

Thank you Susan:hug: I can swipe them in ok - on most of them lol! Using the sculpting white gel.

I think they look gorgeous Bev, and considering it's just your 2nd set I think you're doing a marvellous job

brill....i love them.

Thanks Ange & thanks Ang xxxxxxx:hug:

they look gorgeous bev.
have you thought about using a dotting tool to apply pow with as i find this much easier than a brush as i hardly ever need to sweep the smile line as i can apply the pow exactly where i want it with the doting tool.xx

I think you did a beautiful job! :)

Another set of lovely nails Bev ... loving the new hair do too btw!

 xx

Great Idea about the dotting tool Tracey - I'll give that a try when I rebalance these xxxxxx
