Hi,

I'm looking for critique on the following pics...I completed my brisa conversion course on monday and this morning i have spent quite a few hours practicing on cheap tips...I then done one nail on myself just to see what it would turn out like...i have to go to work so can't do a whole hand...and besides this one took my quite a while as i am a bit of a player with the gel!

Thank you very much in advance xx

wow,i think it looks fab.i cant believe you've only just passed your course.
i think the shape, apex and sidewalls look great, its just your smile line almost looks abit smudged as the line is not that crisp but that is just something that will come with time.we all improve as we do things more but i would say you only need to tweak afew things as theres always room for improvement.your product application looks great excellent work:)

Thank you very much for your comment...i will definately try and get my smile looking better, this is the bit i am having trouble with.

This nail did take me agessssssss to do as i was trying to get used to 'walking' the gel as i have been using L&P for a while now so it was a little difficult to get used to at first but i have been practising all morning today and i started to get the hang of it...as on the day of my course (monday) i was getting quite stressed that it wouldn't stay where i wanted it to!

Hopefully next time i will be able to do several nails as long as i can get my timings down for each nail.

Anyway thanks again for taking time to comment, i really appreciate it as it helps me loads

I think your nail looks fab! Well done, I wish minbe looked that! xx

not rating but i think it looks great, i did the conversion recently too, think its a fab gel, once you get used to its great, so shiney and lasts great. well done. :) xxx

I think its fab hun. I am waiting for my local educator to get back to me with a date to do my conversion and I cant wait!!! I really hope that I can be just as good as you after just a few days, its absolutly gorgeous

xxx

I think it looks really nice! Im doing my conversion next week so feel your pain, lol! Great job, hope mine are as good on completing course:green:

I echo what Tracey said, and well done on posting for critique so soon after converting :D

The line of light is slightly 'out', you can see why on the following pic (http://www.salongeek.com/members/lauz-albums-brisa-picture12233-sdc14053.jpg), there's a slight dip in between zones 1 and 2, it's just above the smile line. Sort that and you've got a fabaroony nail :green:

I think you've done a wonderful job and should feel proud of yourself
