Hi,

I'd really like to make a bubble gum pink (shown below) but I'm having trouble getting the right colour. I've tried making up a colour with red and white cnd powders but I just can't get the pink right. Also, the red has small flecks in it (is this normal? does this mean the powder is old?) so it's not a smooth colour.

It's only for my nails :) Does anyone know if ezflow sell a bubblegum pink or any other system?

Thanks!

Bubblegum pink is a really hard colour to mix. I would try Red, White and purple and maybe even a touch of blue but I have heard people say that it is a hard one to get as well as everyones idea of Bgum pink is slightly different too.

Getting these small red dots in your mix is normal, doesnt mean it is old.
You can put your mixed powder in one of those stone bowls in which you grind spices in to turn them into a powder... i don´t know the precis name of it. it is a kitchen tool anyway

Hi Geeg

Thank you :) I wouldn't have thought of trying purple. I will try that :)

It is called a mortar and pestle and I also grind my powders together using one (I thought everyone did).

Why not use gel? i can use it over L&P if you wish, much like doing an UV gloss laywer over the L&P.
Akzentz have the "simply pink" color that i'm wearing at the mo and is much similar to those nails

You could also paint if you wanted too, Attitudes Eastern Promise varnish is pretty much identical to the colour above

Aha, thanks for clearing that up. I have one for my acrylic powders and one with a soul purpose to crush minth and sugar to make delicious mojito´s :wink2:
