Bumps in Gelish Structure Gel

Hi all - I have used Gelsih Structure Gel 3 times now and each time 3 or 4 of the nails have obvious little bumps in them - I have tried stirring the jar but it makes no difference and didnt think this was necessary anyway.

I didnt dry brush so is this the problem perhaps??
