I purchased them on eBay from a seller named happyparcels, based in Australia, but if you search Christmas water decals, you will see some from a few international sellers

did my own nails, find the glitter hard to control! Any tops on how to keep from glitter really spreading when applying topcoat? I try to press glitter with my fingers before but it still spreads
