I currently use the above wax, however, i find it not very flexible. I have just watched the "Ball of wax" dvd (amazing!) and have noticed that my wax is more "stiff" (iykwim!!!). Im getting good results (now) with it however, I just wondered if there is a better quality wax, or even if "clean n easy" hot wax is a quality wax?

I bought the kit, so have the clean and eaxy wax pot (the wax comes in a metal tin that you place inside the pot) so would need a wax that comes in a metal tin as I dont want to buy another pot.

I would like more information on other hot waxes, and would appreciate some advice/opinions please.

I have used the search facility, and berrins and perron seem to be at the top of the list. Where would I purchase these?

thanks in advance xx

i love the hive brazillian film wax and i use it for brazillians, underarms and upper lip and chin.. its very flexible and grt for short stubborn hair.
i love it

I used to use Clean n Easy before I discovered Perron Rigot and Berins, which are most definitely superior. However you may need to buy a new heater as that Clean n Easy one is a bit of a strange size.

You can buy Perron Rigot from Thalgo who own it, or Beauty Express. You can buy Berins from Collin / Wowfactor at the moment although he is discontinuing it and replacing it with a new brand. I believe there is still Berins stock available at the moment.

is the perron rigot or berrins in pellet form? would i be able to decant these straight into the clean n easy wax pot?

They both are hun

I guess you could use your existing tin if you clean and empty it. Heat it up nice and hot, empty it and while it's still hot, squirt some equipment cleaner in and give it a good wipe out with a wad of couch roll.

I would rather you had a nice clean tin :) but the above method will be ok for trying it out.

I swear by Perron Rigot waxes, and find i get my best results from them, for all non strip work i use their Euroblonde pellets, it goes one very easily, and is very easy to remove, i find it gives me the best intimate waxing results, as i specialise in male waxing, guys hair tends to be course, this is the best wax ive found, for strip wax i use Perron Rigot Cristal Ocean, again its a joy to work with and very economical to use, for ages i was put off by the price, but i have to say that i use far less of the Perron Rigot waxes and pre and afterwax lotions, than any others ive tried, which makes it work outcheaper in the long run,
and also my clients remark on how good the results are, regds Phil :)
