Confirmation of appointment

I have a girls trim booked in today at 4:30, I've text the mum who booked it for confirmation but had no reply so text her again and said I'll need to know by 3:30 as it takes me 45 minutes to get there, I only booked it in for today as I had a colour in aswel but that client has rearranged. If she doesn't text back do I still go and waste my time and petrol or just leave it? Would usually go but as it's so far away for so little money nt sure what to do

Yes text her yesterday, called this morning and no answer

A hard one. I guess if youve made the appointment, you should go. Maybe in future when you take appointments, explain that you will need them to reply to a confirmation text.

Yes I rang her a couple of times before I went she yet me back as I was nearly there and said she had been asleep so lucky I went x
